SP Telemedia shares soar on $100m deal with NSW Government

Regional carrier, SP Telemedia (ASX:SOT) has won a potential $100 million five-year contract with the NSW Government to supply the core network for its state-wide broadband project, sending the company’s shares skyward. SOT beat Telstra and Optus to the deal.

Acer crows about PC market share growth
