Storage vendor EMC Corporationhas appointed Selena Adams as marketing communications manager for EMC Australia and New Zealand. Adams has more than 13 years of communications experience, including positions in the IT industry with Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and Telstra.  She joins EMC from American Power Conversion (APC) where she worked as marketing communications manager for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to APC, Adams worked as marketing communications manager, Australia and New Zealand, for Sun Microsystems; corporate public relations manager, Microsoft in Australia; and in various Public Affairs roles at Telstra, including Convergent Business.  Adams’ previous roles include media and speech writing positions with NSW government and she began her career as a journalist. She recently earned a Masters of Public Affairs from Sydney University.
