Dowling Consulting appoints four in NSW PDF  | Print |

Manufacturing and supply chain specialist, Dowling Consulting, has appointed four consultants to focus on the NSW market. David Wood, Rod Jefferson and Govind Pillai join the company to strengthen its national operation, with David Lewis brought on to manage its NSW business. Lewis is manager for NSW. Previously, he was responsible for a range of electronic service delivery services for both the NSW and Queensland Government. His recent appointments include, group general manager, e-business solutions with NSW Department of Works & Services, group general manager commercial services group for the Queensland Government, and a contract with the National e-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA).

Jefferson joins Dowling Consulting as senior technical consultant. Most recently, he has held positions as systems and network infrastructure manager at University of Wollongong.  Prior to that, he was a consultant in emerging technologies at The University of Sydney, e-business project manager at Caltex Australia, and played a role in the establishment of AOL in Australia.

Pillai is a consultant specialising in business analysis, knowledge management and business process mapping. He comes to Dowling Consulting from a consulting role at Volante. Previously, he was a business consultant at New Zealand-based publishing and digital asset management specialist, N.P. Solutions.

Wood is a senior supply chain consultant. He has been consulting manager at Baan Australia responsible for client services and issues across Australia and New Zealand.  Prior to that, he helped establish QMCS, a Baan distributorship in South Africa where he was operations director.  He has also worked as senior sales and support executive at Syspro and Siemens, South Africa.
